At Plus-Plus, our priority has always been to create something that is good for families and the environment. That's why we want to set play free with no screens, no rules, a world of possibilities.

What is Plus-Plus?
Plus-Plus is an interlocking creative toy that is comprised of one shape that infinitely connects to itself.
The simplicity of one shape means complete creative freedom. First time builders to Plus-Plus pros have total control over the simplicity or intricacies of their respective builds.
Plus-Plus can be used to create in 2D or 3D. Together pieces are secure but flexible enough to bend and create even more of your biggest ideas.
Where are you located
Plus-Plus is made in Denmark, but our U.S. office, creative space and warehouse is located in beautiful Greenville, SC.

Do you have a brick and morter store?
We do not currently have a physical store, but there is probably a store near you that sells Plus-Plus!

What is a Plus-Plus piece made of?
Plus-Plus is made of polyethylene plastic and is completely recyclable.
All of our products are BPA, PVC, and Phthalate-free ensuring our pieces are safe for little hands.
Where is Plus-Plus made?
All of our products are made in Denmark using 100% sustainable wind energy.
What does "Sustainably made in Denmark' mean?
Denmark is the most sustainable country in the world, boasting the top spot in the Environmental Performance Index this year.
Located in the Danish countryside, our factory is 100% powered by renewable wind energy; reinforcing our commitment to quality and responsible manufacturing.
Instructions
Does every Plus-Plus set include instructions?
Open and free play is a vital part of the Plus-Plus DNA. All of our open play sets include an idea guide to help creators get started.
All guided play sets include step-by-step instructions. We also have a wide range of online resources you can check out on our retail site's "Learn" page, as well as a free app with many more ideas.
What does "Open Play" mean?
Open play is the founding play pattern of Plus-Plus. The simple shape of a Plus-Plus piece means an endless array of creative avenues.
Open play sets come with ideas to help you get started but are designed to allow your creativity take hold. The only limit is your imagination.
What does "Guided Play" mean
Guided play means anything that has step-by-step instructions. These sets are intended for those who prefer more assistance before setting off on their own.
Plus-Plus has a vast array of guided play options to fit any store type. From zoo animals to mythical characters, there's something for everyone!
Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $ 60 recieve free priority shipping. Standard shipping for all orders under $60 is a flat rate of $9.99. Expedited and Express shipping options are also available.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time Plus-Plus USA only ships within the United States. Please visit www.plus-plus.com if you are in the EU.
I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
We're sorry you're not 100% happy with your order. Please reach out to shop@plus-plus.us or call us at 888.830.4212 to help us resolve your issue.
I'd like to return my order, how do I start this process?
If you are not happy with your order then neither are we!
We are happy to accept unopened returns within 30 days of your original purchase.
Returns are processed after your item is delivered back to our warehouse. Please allow 4-5 business days from when your return is delivered to our warehouse for your return to be processed.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the original purchaser. At this time Plus-Plus does not provide return labels. If your item is damaged please reach out to shop@plus-plus.us.

You can expect a refund within 4-5 business days of our reception of your return.
