A National Toy Brand with Local Roots in Bath
While Plus-Plus products can be found in toy stores, museums, and classrooms across the country, the company’s U.S. sales and marketing headquarters are rooted somewhere much closer to home: Bath, Ohio.

As highlighted in a recent ScripType feature, Plus-Plus USA operates out of a historic building on North Cleveland-Massillon Road, a far cry from the typical corporate skyscraper. From this small but meaningful space, a growing team supports a nationwide network of thousands of independent retailers, schools, and educational partners.
Founded by Bret Faber, Plus-Plus USA began as a small operation with just two salespeople and has grown into a national organization supporting more than 5,000 independently owned retailers. Today, the Bath office serves as the hub for sales, marketing, and customer service, while distribution operations are supported through a partner warehouse in Greenville, South Carolina.
Made from a single shape in two sizes, Plus-Plus pieces encourage open-ended creativity, allowing kids to build everything from animals and vehicles to entirely original creations. That simplicity, combined with endless possibilities, has made Plus-Plus especially popular in schools, including local classrooms right here in the Bath area.
From local elementary schools to national retailers, Plus-Plus USA continues to grow while staying connected to the communities it calls home. The Bath headquarters is a reminder that a company with national reach doesn’t have to lose its local character along the way.
