My son was introduced to this toy during an after school care program. I got him this for his birthday. He builds all kinds of things with them and because they are all the same shape piece, there is no searching for the correct type of piece like with Legos.

My kids liked the toy - at first - and still play with it every once in a while - but the pieces ended up all over the house (still vacuuming them up on occasion), and it mostly sits in its box.May be better off with a smaller set - still get the novelty, but without what seems like a million pieces to go everywhere.
